Arizona vs New York City – Blame the Democrat Voter

In case anyone is wondering why an Arizona prosecutor is refusing to extradite Raad Noan Almansoori, the murderer of a Queens mother, look no further than the latest breakdown of New York’s bail reform laws.

On February 29, even while this extradition battle was playing out in the public square, Judge Marva Brown decided to release Amira Hunter without bail after she was arrested and charged with felony assault. Hunter is accused of randomly attacking a subway busker on February 13 in Manhattan.

Judge Brown completely disregarded Hunter’s eight prior arrests, ignored the active bench warrant that had been issued for her and didn’t seem to care she failed to appear for three of her last five court dates. And as would be expected, Amira Hunter was arrested yet again this past Tuesday.

Is it any wonder why Phoenix prosecutor, Rachel Mitchell has little faith in the New York City court system and will not extradite Almansoori who is facing charges for several violent crimes he committed in Phoenix. Mitchell wants him prosecuted before he’s returned to New York because unlike her New York counterparts, she believes criminals should be held accountable for their actions. She believes it is her responsibility to keep the citizens of Arizona safe and knows her duty is to the law abiding not the law breaker.

New York’s judicial system is broken. It has been ruined by woke democrat politicians who would rather have criminals walk free than keep us all safe. Society does not benefit by soft on crime policies – it collapses. Criminals belong in jail. Those who have shown they cannot abide by our laws need to be held accountable and separated from the rest of us.

A recent study conducted through John Jay College of Criminal Justice revealed that 66% of the people with a prior arrest who were released under New York’s so called “bail reform,” were rearrested within two years. This study did not include New York City and I could only imagine those numbers are worse.

It’s not hard to understand when criminals suffer no consequences, they have no second thought of offending again. It becomes easy to see why Mitchell will not allow Almansoori sent back to New York.

And as if we didn’t need any more evidence that our criminal justice system is in shambles, it has just been reported that four individuals arrested on Long Island in connection with two dismembered bodies have been released without bail.

Only in 2024 New York can you be arrested in connection with dismembering bodies and be granted supervised released. Even if you’re homeless.

Society is broken.

Happy Fourth of July and the Failed Obama Presidency Experiment

Not identifying those involved with the terrorist acts at Fort Hood, Boston, Orlando, Paris, Chattanooga, Istanbul and all the others – as muslim – is akin to not identifying Hitler as German or Hirohito as Japanese. 

When we cannot identify an attacker as that of which they are or from where they come – for fear of offending – we are victimized even further. 

As the United States gets set to celebrate its two hundred and fortieth year of freedom and independence, realize this;

Had Barack Obama been in power during the Barbary Wars – well there probably wouldn’t have been any such thing. I would venture to guess that he would’ve sided with the muslim pirates and blamed America for traveling their waters. 

Had he been in power during WW I, the US may very well have come in on the side of the Ottoman’s and the Central Powers. 

Our participation in World War II may have been completely different had Obama been in power in 1941. Imagine if you may, his reaction and response to the attack on Pearl Harbor. Would he have identified the enemy as Japanese?  Would he have seen it as an act of war?  Would he have blamed “us?”  Would he have condemned the Holocaust and the murder of millions of Jews?  With his apparent and obvious contempt for Israel, I’d give good odds that he may have supported Hitler’s “Final Solution.”

How about the attacks on 9-11?  Do you remember the patriotic fervor that swept the nation. The way we came together as Americans. One nation…….

Had Obama been president in 2001, the American people would’ve been made to feel that “they” somehow were responsible. 

It has been over seven years of American apologies by the one person who is supposed to have “our” backs.  Seven long years of talk of nothing other than that which is WRONG with America. Seven years of smoke screens and diversions of same sex marriage and what bathroom someone should use.  Seven years of talk about how “You didn’t build that” or how being successful somehow equates to being lucky.  

The American people have fallen pray to this manchurian candidate. A wolf in sheeps clothing. An Anti -American, muslim loving socialist / communist. 

Every sign was there – plain as day. 

Bill Ayers, Saul Alinsky,  Cass Sunstein, Jeremiah Wrigt, Mark Lloyd – are merely a few of his friends, associates and mentors who should have raised major concern and disqualified Obama from the presidency. Yet all were dismissed by the American voter – As if race was more important than ideology. 

As the 2016 presidential race ramps up to speed – it seems as if gender may now be the deciding factor. 

Let’s hope not. We see how the last experiment turned out.

Can You Say Hypocrite!!!!!!

New York City mayor Bill deBlasio sat down today with members of the Russian band Pussy Riot to discuss prison conditions in New York City.
Apparently deBlasio is an admirer of the band and “what they do.” (Whatever that may be.)
deBlasio had told reporters that, “They are speaking out against oppression, and against the denial of the right of free speech.”

Correct me if I’m wrong, but
wasn’t it just last month that New York governor Andrew Cuomo said that Republican Conservatives have no place in the state of New York? Perhaps deBlasio should sit down with the governor.

Also, earlier this week, deBlasio had announced that he would not be marching in New York City’s St. Patricks Day Parade because the organizers of the parade exclude homosexuals. (In reality, organizers have never denied homosexuals from marching, just from carrying pro gay banners.) Yet deBlasio has added two Islamic holidays to the NYC school system.
It might surprise him to learn that under Islamic (Shari’ah) law, homosexuality is a sin and considered a crime against God.

You see Mr. deBlasio, Muslims don’t just “deny” homosexuals the right to march in their parades, they kill them for being gay.

Judge Nicholas Garaufis Should be Ashamed of Himself

How proud must Judge Nicholas Garaufis be. His first class of minority fire fighters forced upon the City of New York are really living up to the highest standards and expectations. There is a fifteen percent drop out rate so far, which includes two dozen Black and Hispanics and four of the eight women hired. Way to go judge. Can’t wait to see what happens with the next class. Let’s hope that people don’t end up dead because of the substandard probationary firefighters you helped get hired.
